Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the BusRun admin console, attendant app, and parent app (together, the “Service”), operated by BUSRUN LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“BusRun,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This is a first-draft document written to reflect how the Service actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and should not be treated as final legal language, particularly given the Service handles information about minors.

The Service

BusRun helps camps and schools plan bus routes and coordinate pickup/dropoff with attendants and parents. Status shown in the Service reflects stops that attendants have manually marked as reached, boarded, skipped, etc. — it is not continuous GPS tracking of a vehicle, and BusRun does not guarantee real-time accuracy of a bus's physical position.

Accounts

A camp or school administrator creates the organization's BusRun account and is responsible for the accuracy of the camper, attendant, and parent information they enter, and for having whatever consent or authority they need from parents/guardians to provide camper information to us. Administrators, attendants, and parents are each responsible for keeping their own login credentials confidential and for activity on their account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another organization's data, or another user's account, without authorization
• Use the Service to store or transmit information you don't have the right to share
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security controls
• Use the Service for any purpose other than coordinating your organization's bus transportation

Camper and student information

By entering camper or student information, your organization represents that it has the legal right to provide that information to BusRun and to authorize BusRun to process it for the purpose of operating the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Any fees for use of the Service are set out separately in BusRun's agreement with your camp or school. This page will be updated with self-service billing terms if and when the Service offers self-service subscriptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for nonpayment under your organization's agreement with us. An administrator may stop using the Service, or contact us, to close their organization's account.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” BusRun is a coordination and communication tool — it does not replace an attendant's or driver's own judgment, your organization's safety procedures, or direct communication in a safety-critical situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify camp and school administrators.
